The works are being displayed in four sections, with one of them documenting Picasso's visit to Poland in 1948.

"We have here printed and lithographic work, and ceramic works and pictures - this a meeting between our collection from Malaga and the collection of Picasso in the National Museum in Warsaw," Jose Maria Luna, the director of the Museo Casa Natal Picasso in Malaga, told Radio Poland.

"In my opinion, it is a very nice opportunity to see the work of Picasso and his relationship with Poland," he added.

The Picasso exhibition is on show at the National Museum in Warsaw until January 14.
