Poland's luxury goods market booming, study finds

The market for premium goods in Poland is growing significantly faster than last year and has become one of the fastest expanding sectors of the Polish economy, according to a recent report by professional services firm KPMG.

In 2023, Poland's luxury goods market grew by 25.6 percent, reaching PLN 55.6 billion (EUR 13 billion, USD 13.7 billion)—a fivefold increase over the past 15 years.

Premium and luxury cars remain the largest segment, followed by luxury hotels and spas, as well as clothing and accessories.

At the same time, the number of the wealthiest taxpayers has risen by 11 percent.
