Polish FM outlines priorities for UN Security Council stint
Strengthening international law to better regulate relations between states, protection of civilians and support for national minorities are among Poland's priorities for its upcoming stint at the helm of the United Nations Security Council, the country’s foreign minister has said.

While outlining the priorities, Jacek Czaputowicz told reporters on Monday that Poland was set to return to UN peacekeeping missions after a break of more than 10 years.
“This autumn Polish soldiers will take part in operations in Lebanon, as part of Ireland's expanded contingent,” Czaputowicz said.
