Now, according to a new survey conducted by recruitment agency EWL and the University of Warsaw, nearly 70 percent of the refugees employed in Poland speak the Polish language at work.
A similar sample of Ukrainian refugee employees was interviewed in Germany for comparison purposes and it turned out that Poland’s western neighbour was a different world altogether.
I asked EWL International Development Director Michalina Sielewicz to elaborate more on the survey’s findings.
