The Sukces Pisany Szminką (Success Written in Lipstick) Foundation was set up in 2008 and its flagship social initiatives include Fun. Tech. Future and YEP.Academy for young people, apart from the Businesswoman of the Year competition.

The organization also carries out social campaigns such as #StaćMnieNaSukces, #SukcesWMojejNaturze, #NiePrzepraszamZa, and #PozwolWybrać.

"What we need is a change in culture because in business people are aware of diversity, inclusion, women's rights and equality," Olga Kozierowska, a social activist, motivational speaker and CEO of the Sukces Pisany Szminką Foundation, told Radio Poland's Danuta Isler.

"But what about home? I believe that there will be no equality in business without equality at home," she added.
