The main goal of the “8+100 Forum" event at the European Parliament on Wednesday was to coordinate the efforts of the political parties of Belarus and the European Union in returning Belarus to democracy and integrating it into the Euro-Atlantic community.
During the discussion, the issue of political prisoners was raised by Polish Eurodeputy Anna Fotyga, who highlighted their deteriorating situation in Belarus and suggested ways to support them.
