The report, compiled by the EWL Foundation, the Legalito company and the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw, looks at employment practices, forecasts, barriers and employers' experiences with migrants in Polish companies.

The study highlights the critical role of employment agencies in recruiting non-EU workers for Polish businesses.

An analysis of the nationality structure of foreign employees in Poland confirms the strong predominance of Ukrainian workers in the statistics.
