The conference will be attended by government officials from countries including Romania, Hungary, Slovakia and Moldova, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Decision makers from Britain, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic are also expected to take part.
Poland’s commissioner for refugees, Paweł Szefernaker, told reporters last week that the meeting would be "the first such forum to exchange information and experience linked to the stay and adaptation of Ukrainian war refugees.”
Szefernaker said the conference would take place as an initiative by Poland’s Interior Minister Mariusz Kamiński.
The gathering will feature mostly deputy interior ministers in charge of their national refugee support policies, according to Szefernaker.
Poland has taken in 3.26 million refugees fleeing Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Polish Border Guard agency reported on Monday.
