In total, 204.7 square kilometers have been reclaimed by Kyiv’s forces since it launched its counteroffensive early last month.

The main focus of Russian troops remains on the Kupyansk, Lyman, Bakhmuk, Avdiyiv, and Mariin directions in eastern Ukraine, where over 170 clashes occurred in the past week, according to Malar.

Despite Russian efforts to halt the Ukrainian counteroffensive, significant progress has been made, with 2 square kilometers of territory liberated in the Bakhmut direction, totaling 37 quadrant kilometers. Malar also highlighted the liberation of the town of Staromayorske in the Donetsk region.

A push against Russian forces is underway in the south of the country, with Ukrainian forces making strides in the Melitopol and Berdian directions. In the Zaporizhzhya region, Ukrainian troops have advanced in the Maly Tokmachka and Robotyne directions.
