Mykola Tochytskyi said on Sunday that heads of state and heads of government from various countries would attend the meeting, the Reuters news agency reported.
He was speaking after international representatives met in Malta over the weekend to discuss Kyiv's peace formula for its war with Russia, according to Reuters.
"This aim remains necessary and possible ... it has been demonstrated that there is interest in this," Tochytskyi said, as quoted by Reuters.
The Malta meeting on Saturday and Sunday was attended in person or online by representatives from 66 countries as part of a diplomatic push by Kyiv to build broader international support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's 10-point formula for a peace settlement, according to the authorities in Kyiv.
In August, senior officials from more than 40 countries, including Poland, held talks in Saudi Arabia to discuss ways to bring about a peaceful end to Russia's war in Ukraine.
Polish presidential aide Marcin Przydacz at the time voiced support for Zelensky's 10-point peace plan.
The plan includes calls for the full restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity, a full withdrawal of Russian troops, the protection of food and energy supplies, nuclear safety and the release of prisoners, according to news outlets.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
Monday is day 614 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
