Meanwhile, 83 percent of respondents believe that Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine poses a direct threat to Poland’s security, up from 74 percent in November last year, the study by pollster CBOS found.
The survey was carried out from March 7 to 17 on a sample of 1,089 respondents, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
The study also revealed that 57 percent of Poles are concerned about the possibility of Russia launching a military attack on NATO countries in the next three to eight years.
In contrast, 32 percent of respondents believe that such a scenario is improbable, the PAP news agency reported.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, starting the largest armed conflict in Europe since World War II.
Tuesday is day 776 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
