"Ukraine will win the war to a huge extent thanks to Polish and American soldiers and all those who organized the hub in Jasionka, which makes it possible to transfer aid to Ukraine," Tusk said on Monday.

During his visit to the Subcarpathian region, Tusk highlighted the strategic importance of the Jasionka hub. "You are doing a great thing. I am here today to remind all Poles and all of Europe that here in Rzeszow, thanks to you, it is possible to deliver aid to Ukraine in the safest possible way, extremely intensively every day," he stated.

Tusk emphasized the critical role of the Jasionka hub, describing it as one of the largest logistical and military operations in European history since World War II. "The fate of our homeland, the fate of Ukraine, the fate of Europe, and the entire free world, including the United States, to some extent depends on what you are doing here and how you are doing it," he declared.

Brzezinski on NATO summit: most ambitious since Cold War

At the same event, U.S. Ambassador to Poland Mark Brzezinski underscored the significance of the upcoming NATO summit, scheduled for July 9-11 in Washington. He described it as the most ambitious summit since the end of the Cold War. "The alliance will present the most robust defense plans in decades," Brzezinski stated.

Highlighting the dual anniversaries of NATO's 75th founding year and Poland’s 25th year in the alliance, Brzezinski said, "We bet on Poland, and after 25 years we see how good a choice it was."

The Washington summit is expected to showcase NATO's capacity to adapt to new challenges and threats, reinforcing its deterrence and defense capabilities in times of peace, crisis, and conflict. "At the Washington summit, NATO will present its most robust defense plans in decades, strengthening its deterrence and defense capabilities," Brzezinski added.
