The Russians have also lost 8,402 tanks, 16,211 armored combat vehicles and 16,161 artillery systems during their military campaign in Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Friday, as cited by state news agency Ukrinform.
On Thursday, Ukrainian forces killed or wounded 1,100 Russian soldiers, according to the ukrinform.net website.
Other Russian losses in Ukraine include 1,134 multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 1,134 air defense systems, 363 warplanes, 326 helicopters, 28 warships, and 13,005unmanned aerial vehicles, ukrinform.net reported.
