Among the targets was the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka refinery in Russia's Volgograd region, one of the country's largest, along with a 44,000-square-meter Wildberries distribution center nearby that serves as a logistics hub for the wider Volga and Astrakhan area.
Drones also hit Wildberries facilities in Nizhnekamsk and Kazan, in Tatarstan, a rival Ozon logistics site in Zelenodolsk, and the Caspian Sea port of Kaspiysk in Dagestan. A separate round of strikes the previous night targeted Wildberries warehouses in Penza and Sarapul, in the Udmurtia region.
Ukraine has been targeting Wildberries sites since mid-July, accusing the retailer of storing dual-use goods — including electronics and navigation equipment used in Russian weapons and drone manufacturing — alongside its regular commercial inventory. Facilities hit in earlier strikes include sites near Moscow, in Tambov and Voronezh regions, in Krasnodar and Stavropol Krai, in Russian-annexed Crimea, and in Ryazan.
Wildberries, often described as Russia's answer to Amazon, processes millions of orders a day and operates widely across former Soviet states. The company has said the strikes have cut its logistics capacity by about 10%.
