The station's Polish branch will have several hundred employees, with possible job openings for Polish broadcasting technicians, the newspaper said.
Ukraine 24 has recently become available to viewers in Poland through top cable TV providers.
The station aims to attain global coverage, like the BBC or CNN, according to Rzeczpospolita.
Despite a Russian strike on the Kyiv television tower in the early days of Moscow's invasion, Ukraine 24 continued broadcasting via satellite, cable and the internet.
