Russian military death toll in Ukraine rises to 181,090: report
Around 181,090 Russian troops have been killed in Ukraine since Vladimir Putin invaded the country in February last year, according to Ukrainian military authorities.

The Russians have also lost 3,650 tanks, 7,069 armoured combat vehicles and 2,784 artillery systems during their military campaign in Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Friday, as cited by state news agency Ukrinform.
On Thursday alone, Ukrainian forces "eliminated" 500 Russian soldiers, according to the ukrinform.net website.
Other Russian losses in Ukraine include 535 multiple launch rocket systems, 283 air defence systems, 307 warplanes, 293 helicopters, 18 warships, and 2,339 unmanned aerial vehicles, ukrinform.net reported.
