According to statements made by Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malar, the Military Media Center verified the liberation of Robotyne and the subsequent progress made by Ukrainian troops as they pushed southeast towards the settlements of Novoprokopivka and Necheretovate.
Deeming the southern front as highly significant, Malar underscored it as the main focus of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. She noted that "both in the Zaporizhia and Kherson regions, the opposing forces are now predominantly assuming defensive positions."
Adding to the positive developments for Ukraine, Malar also disclosed that their forces had effectively secured an additional square kilometer of territory in the eastern Bakhmut direction during the past week. This accomplishment brings the cumulative reclaimed territory in that particular direction to a total of 44 square kilometers.
