What's Up :: Poles committed to helping others

At least 85 percent of Poles declare they had engaged in charitable activity at least once over the past twelve months, according to the Humanitarian Barometer by Doctors Without Borders

The foundation behind the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity drive says it has raised more than PLN 1.75 billion (EUR 370 million, USD 400 million) in funds since the effort was launched in Poland in 1992.
