UPDATE: Cause of Barbara Skrzypek’s death revealed

Skrzypek, a former board member of the Lech Kaczyński Institute and a key shareholder in the Srebrna company, was questioned as a witness in a case concerning the company and the so-called "two towers" project.

This initiative refers to a controversial real estate plan by Srebrna. However, according to the transcript, Skrzypek did not participate in the shareholder meeting in February 2018, where the decision to proceed with the development was made.

She testified, "I did not attend the shareholders' meeting of Srebrna in February 2018, where approval was given for the development of two towers. No one informed me about this meeting."

Skrzypek's testimony and sudden death raise questions in Srebrna case

Skrzypek went on to explain that, in February 2018, she delegated authority by giving a power of attorney to the "president" of the company.

"My intuition told me to delegate this power to someone competent, and the president is a doctor of law," she stated and clarified that the power of attorney was given formally, with a document signed by both parties.

Skrzypek passed away three days after her questioning. This case has attracted attention due to its connection to a high-profile development project and the circumstances surrounding Skrzypek's involvement and sudden death.

She was questioned for 4 hours and 40 minutes, with a brief break in between.
