The campaign will target seven countries from which the highest number of migrants attempt to enter Poland, according to officials.
The aim is to warn would-be migrants that Poland is not a viable entry point to Europe and to counter misinformation spread by smugglers and foreign actors.
"No crossing. The Polish border is sealed," Tusk said in a video posted on the X social media platform.
“Do not believe the smugglers," he added, listing Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"They are lying to you when they say that the road to Europe leads through Poland. This is not true," Tusk also said.
He did not name the specific countries where the campaign will be conducted. However, Russia is believed to recruit migrants from countries such as Somalia, Eritrea, Yemen and Ethiopia, who are then transported to Moscow and onward to Belarus, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
Poland and the European Union have accused Russia and Belarus of deliberately sending migrants from the Middle East and Africa to the Polish border.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said last month that Russia and Belarus were deliberately orchestrating a migrant crisis on the EU’s eastern border in an attempt to destabilise the bloc from within.
Poland’s president last month signed a measure that allows the government to temporarily suspend the right to asylum at the country's border with Belarus.
The Polish government in October announced a new migration strategy that aims to reduce the number of migrants and tighten control over immigration processes.
