The agreement, which officials say is crucial for both national security and the economy, is valued at over PLN 1 billion (EUR 230 million). It was signed by representatives from the Armament Agency and the Celtech company, which will carry out the order.

The trucks will be delivered to various military units, including the Navy and special forces, and will be used to transport fuel for K2 tanks, K9 howitzers and Homar-K rocket launchers.

Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said the delivered equipment will be of the highest quality, ensuring proper logistical support for the military.

According to the Polish Ministry of Defense, the purchased equipment is primarily intended for the transportation, storage and refueling of gasoline, diesel fuel and aviation fuel for various types of vehicles, machinery and aircraft.

The total value of the contract is over PLN 1 billion (EUR 230 million), including PLN 700 million (EUR 160 million) allocated for the first part of the order involving 215 trucks to be delivered between 2026 and 2028.
