Mateusz Morawiecki congratulated Liz Truss via Twitter, news outlets reported.

Morawiecki added: “Our partnership is the key to Europe's security.”
“In troubled times, it is important that we stick together,” he concluded.
Truss becomes UK's 56th PM
Truss replaced Boris Johnson as Britain’s PM earlier on Tuesday, a day after she was elected leader of the Conservative Party.
The ex-foreign secretary was officially invited to form a government by Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II at Balmoral Castle, Scotland.
She was set to appoint her new cabinet on Tuesday night.
