Russia's military death toll in Ukraine reaches 365,990: report

Russia has now lost 365,990 soldiers in Ukraine, since the Kremlin launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022, military authorities in Kyiv have said.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the latest figures on Tuesday morning. 

Russia's invading army has now lost 365,990 troops on the battlefields of Ukraine, including 820 servicemen over the past day, the military command in Kyiv said.

Ukrainian forces have also destroyed 6,036 Russian tanks (of which five in the last 24 hours), 11,203 Russian armoured vehicles (including nine over the past day) and 8,672 Russian artillery systems (six in the previous 24 hours), the state Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform reported.

Russia's losses in military equipment also include 6,823 tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (including one lost over the past day), 954 multiple-launch rocket systems (one in the last 24 hours) and 1,805 cruise missiles (of which 18 lost in the previous day), the General Staff in Kyiv also said.   

Tuesday is day 685 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.

Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
