Radosław Sikorski made the statement at a news briefing in Davos on Wednesday.
Poland's top diplomat said the Cabinet and President Andrzej Duda were "speaking in one voice" at the 2024 World Economic Forum, when it came to advocating support for Ukraine's fight against the Russian invasion.
Sikorski added Polish authorities were "considering various new proposals for close cooperation between Poland and Ukraine."
The Polish foreign minister also stated that Warsaw was "in talks with the European Union" over "the process of Ukraine's accession to the EU," as well as on "practical matters designed to aid Kyiv's war effort against the Russian invasion."
Sikorski told reporters Poland would work to help ensure that EU leaders adopt the EUR 50 billion package of financial aid for Ukraine at the special summit on February 1, public broadcaster Polish Radio's polskieradio24.pl website reported.
He noted Hungary's President Katalin Novak had said in Davos that her country would "continue to support Ukraine," suggesting Budapest could "stop blocking" EU assistance for Kyiv.
Sikorski said that thanks to western support, Ukraine had achieved a "huge success," by "regaining control over Black Sea trade routes," and could now export its grain to Africa and China, rather than to Europe, polskieradio24.pl reported.
The foreign minister also told reporters that the new Polish government's efforts to "restore the rule of law and normal European policy" were being "noted and appreciated" at Davos, providing an "inspiration for democrats around the world," polskieradio24.pl reported.
Thursday is day 694 of Russia’s war on Ukraine.
Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022, launching the largest military campaign in Europe since World War II.
