Tomczyk also stressed the country’s strong relationship with the U.S. and its continued support for Ukraine within an agreed framework. He also mentioned Poland's significant military presence on its eastern border as crucial for regional defense.
Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of Poland, deemed Macron's proposal worth considering.
Stanisław Koziej, former head of the National Security Bureau, commented on the matter through social media, urging caution in considering Macron's proposal to avoid undermining NATO's nuclear deterrence.
