In Poland alone, InPost handled 709.3 million shipments, up 20% year-on-year.
“In 2024, for the first time in our history, we surpassed the one-billion-parcel mark,” CEO Rafał Brzoska said in a statement, noting that the group’s key markets—Poland, France, and the U.K.—all grew significantly faster than the broader e-commerce sector.
- Poland: 709.3 million deliveries (+20% y/y)
- Mondial Relay markets (primarily France): 266.6 million deliveries (+11% y/y), with B2C shipments up 26% and automated parcel machine (APM) volume rising 103%.
- United Kingdom: 93.2 million deliveries, double the 2023 figure, aided by the full integration of logistics firm Menzies.
In the fourth quarter alone, InPost processed 322.1 million parcels, up 20% year-on-year. On its busiest day, the company shipped nearly 14 million parcels across Europe.
The parcel locker operator expanded its out-of-home network to more than 82,000 locations, with lockers—known in Poland as paczkomaty—accounting for 57% of the total. In 2024, InPost added a record 11,500 new machines, maintaining leadership in Poland, France, and the U.K. The group also doubled the number of its lockers in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, boosting its presence across southern Europe.
