Over the past decade, demand for Majonez Kielecki has skyrocketed by 220%, with a notable 25% increase in sales during 2024 compared to the previous year.

This rising international interest has led to temporary rationing of the product in some markets, especially during the holiday season, as it is a key ingredient for many traditional Polish Christmas and Easter dishes.

To meet this surging demand and resolve supply chain challenges, the company behind Majonez Kielecki is planning a major expansion of its production facility.

Estimated at a cost of approximately 62 million PLN ($15.26 million USD or €14.54 million), the project is set to begin in early 2025.

The upgraded facility will feature cutting-edge technology, automation, and robotics, covering a total of 8,000 square meters.

This investment aims to boost production capacity while maintaining the product’s high-quality standards, solidifying its status as a global favorite.
