The six-month event begins on Sunday and will run until October 13 on the artificial island of Yumeshima, in the port city of Osaka, in Japan's Kansai region.
The Expo is one of the world's largest promotional and economic events, with 161 countries expected to take part.
This year's theme is "Designing Future Society for Our Lives."
Poland's participation is coordinated by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH).
Magdalena Skarżyńska, the agency's deputy head, has said that the event offers a major opportunity to showcase the country's culture and economy.
"The motto of our display is Poland: Heritage That Drives the Future, and we want to show that Poland draws from its history but is also modern and forward-looking," she added.
Poland's presence at Expo 2025 will feature a wide range of business and cultural events, including jazz music and Chopin concerts—highlighting the composer's popularity in Japan, according to Deputy Development and Technology Minister Jacek Tomczak.
Japan is hosting the World Expo for the third time, following previous editions in Osaka in 1970 and Aichi in 2005.
Organisers expect some 30 million visitors this year.
The New York Times has listed the Polish pavilion among "25 Things to See and Do at Osaka's World Expo 2025."
