According to the Antal salary report, the top-paid specialists in Poland are CIOs (Chief Information Officers) and CTOs (Chief Technology Officers), with salaries reaching up to 70,000 PLN (16, 241 EUR or 17751,30 USD) and 50,000 PLN (11,601 EUR or 12,680 USD) per month, respectively.
Financial Directors (CFOs) earn between 30,000 PLN (6,958 EUR or 7,607 USD) and 40,000 PLN (9,277 EUR or 10,144 USD), while specialists in artificial intelligence can expect salaries ranging from 12,000 PLN (2,783 EUR or 3,042 USD) to 30,000 PLN (6,958 EUR or 7,607 USD).
IT Security Engineers and Operations Directors also earn high salaries, from 19,000 PLN (4,407 EUR or 4816 USD) to 26,000 PLN (6,030 EUR or 6,592 USD) and from 25,000 PLN (5,798 EUR or 6,338 USD) to 50,000 PLN (11,596 EUR or 12,673 USD) per month, respectively, while Marketing Managers earn between 28,000 PLN (6,494 EUR or 7,099 USD) and 32,000 PLN (7,422 EUR or 8,113 USD) monthly.
Salaries in other fields, such as marketing and logistics, range from 18,000 PLN (4,175 EUR or 4,563 USD) to 32,000 PLN (7,422 EUR or 8,113 USD). Statistics show that Key Account Managers in the pharmaceutical sector earn between 15,000 PLN (3,479 EUR or 3,802 USD) and 19,000 PLN (4,407 EUR or 4816 USD).
The Antal Salary Report 2024 is based on an analysis of salaries for 4,952 specialists and managers from the second half of 2023 and the first half of 2024, supplemented with additional recruitment data and interviews.
Unfortunately, pay parity has not reached the Polish IT sector. Most Polish women earn less than men in the same positions, according to statistics for 2024.
The agerage gross salary in the national economy for Q1 2024 in Poland amounted to 8,147.38 PLN (1,889 EUR or 2,070 USD), according to the Central Statistical Office (GUS).
