The event occurred on October 25 at 4:19:02 CEST near the village of Grzebsk, located several kilometers from Mława, which is about 100 kilometers northwest of Poland's capital, Warsaw.

The object's flight was recorded at an altitude of 86.7 kilometers. The meteor entered the atmosphere at a speed of 17.6 kilometers per second, allowing for more than eight seconds of bright flight observation.

As it descended, the meteor reached an altitude of 29.4 kilometers before burning out approximately 25 kilometers east of Mława in central Poland.

According to specialists from Skytinel, the largest fragment of the meteorite weighed around 80 grams, and smaller pieces may be located nearby.

The object likely underwent a significant fragmentation, meaning smaller fragments could have burned up in the atmosphere.

Experts encourage searches for the meteorite, advising people to look for rocks with a light interior and a black fusion crust.

It is not recommended to test findings with neodymium magnets, and if a cosmic object is discovered, individuals should contact the Polish Meteorite Society.
