After Zuzanna, commonly abbreviated to Zuzia, the most popular names for girls were Julia, Zofia, Maja, Hanna and Lena.
The top picks for baby boys were Antoni, Jan, Jakub, Aleksander, Szymon and Franciszek.
The data comes from Poland’s ministry of digital affairs.
"When choosing a name for a child, people should remember that by law they should not pick a name that is a ridiculous. Moreover, the name should also indicate the child's sex,” the ministry said in a statement.
It warned that parents flouting these rules may find that a registry office official refuses to accept their choice of name for a child.
