The market research was carried out by the PBS research group in Sopot, Poland, and was commissioned by Multiconsult Polska for their report. (The entire report is available in Polish here.)
The report finds that 34% of Polish people would import more Russian fuel to reduce petrol prices in Poland. However, almost the same proportion, 32%, would be ready to accept a further hike in costs in return for complete independence from Russia.
Petrol prices in Poland are currently around 7.75 PLN per litre of e95 (see breakdown by region based on BM Reflex and e-petrol.pl reports.) 32% of Poles would be ready to see an increase in this price to 10 PLN per litre for full independence from Russia.
