Polish scientists develop wound scanner: audio report

Researchers from the Silesian University of Technology in southern Poland have developed a modern wound scanner that can image and diagnose difficult-to-heal wounds, including those resulting from diabetes.

Work on the device began about 7 years ago, and the prototype is currently undergoing practical tests. Ada Janiszewska has the details.
