Mirosław, who won the title in Innsbruck, Austria, last year finished the route in 7.129 seconds in the final and defeated China’s Di Niu, who clocked 8.363.
Other Poles finished in lower positions with the highest ranked, Patrycja Chudziak, coming seventh.
With her success on Saturday, Aleksandra Mirosław secured a place at the combination competition on Sunday and therefore faces a chance to qualify for next year’s Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
The 2020 Tokyo Olympics will include sport climbing for the first time in the history of Olympic Games. The competition is set to combine speed, boulder and lead climbing disciplines.
