The event is one of the first major international Para Nordic skiing competitions this season after a break of nearly a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Polish Paralympic Committee.

The Ptaszkowa 2021 World Para Nordic Skiing Europa Cup features both classic and freestyle races for men and women.

Athletes will be able to earn qualification points for next year’s Winter Paralympic Games in Beijing.
