Klepacka’s bronze on Saturday marked her ninth European RS:X championship medal.

The Pole has previously grabbed bronze medals in Sopot, northern Poland, in 2010; in Alaçatı, Turkey, in 2014; in Mondello, Italy, in 2015; and in Vilamoura last year.

The 34-year-old also has three golds and a silver to her name.

She triumphed in Burgas, Bulgaria, in 2011; in Marseille, France, in 2017; and in Sopot in 2018. She won the silver in Helsinki, Finland, in 2016.

Klepacka in 2012 claimed Olympic bronze in the women’s RS:X at the London Games.
