The 32-year-old Pole on Sunday produced jumps of 131 and 133.5 metres to capture his seventh career World Cup victory and round off a perfect weekend in front of a home crowd.
Slovenia's Anze Lanisek finished runner-up on Sunday, while Marius Lindvik of Norway was third.
Poland’s Kubacki on Saturday won the season’s first World Cup competition in Wisła, ahead of second-placed Halvor Egner Granerud of Norway and Austria's Stefan Kraft in third place.
After two individual events this season, Kubacki tops the overall World Cup standings, with 200 points, ahead of Granerud with 130 points and Kraft with 105.
The 2022/2023 ski-jumping World Cup circuit, run by the International Ski Federation (FIS), features a total of 39 competitions, including 32 individual events, in various countries.
