The red-and-white-clad Polish athletes made their mark in history by achieving their first-ever victory in the prestigious tournament.
The Poland team, coached by Nikola Grbiċ, secured their participation in the Gdańsk tournament as the host.
Despite this advantage, they performed remarkably well in the intercontinental phase, finishing in third place with a record of ten victories and two losses.
In the quarter-finals, the Polish team faced Brazil and secured a triumphant 3:0 victory.
The 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League was the fifth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men's Nations League, an annual men's international volleyball tournament.
The competition was held from 6 June to 23 July 2023.
