Radio Poland's Marcin Matuszewski has the details in his audio report - available in our player (red button above and on the left).

At the Diamond League Meeting in London, 400m records are falling. Poland's Natalia Kaczmarek has broken her own record of 48.98 seconds setting a new Polish record of 48.90.

This was not enough for victory in London where the Jamaican Nickisha Pryce set a new world best for 2024 - 48.57 seconds.

The race suggests that both Kaczmarek and Pryce are in excellent form for the upcoming Paris Olympics.
