Stoch produced jumps of 138.5 and 134 metres to finish ahead of Slovenian Bor Pavlovčič.
Winner Granerud, who also leads this season’s World Cup standings, jumped 140.5 and 141.5 metres.
The second-highest placed Pole, Piotr Żyła was fourth, and Poland's Dawid Kubacki was ranked sixth.
Stoch is currently third in the overall ski-jumping World Cup classificaation behind Granerud and Germany's Markus Eisenbichler.
