"We have the six-pack now," Lewandowski said after the game, which delivered the sextuple for Bayern after their Bundesliga, German Cup, UEFA Champions League, German Supercup and UEFA Super Cup successes.
The Polish star striker was named player of the tournament.
The Pole last year lifted his first Champions League trophy with Bayern.
With 24 goals for Germany's Bayern, the Pole comfortably leads the race for the European Golden Shoe award for the top scorer of the 2020/2021 season.
Last season, Lewandowski finished runner-up in the European Golden Shoe race, behind Ciro Immobile of Italian outfit Lazio.
The Poland captain in December won FIFA’s 2020 Best Men’s Player award, beating Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo and Argentina’s Lionel Messi.
Lewandowski was also named Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai in late December.
The awards capped off a remarkable year for the Polish marksman, who scored 47 goals in 44 games for his club and country in 2020.
