More medals for Polish wrestlers at European championships in Warsaw

Poland’s Roksana Zasina won the silver in the women’s 55 kg, while countrywoman Anna Łukasiak took the bronze in the 50 kg at the European wrestling championships in Warsaw on Thursday, taking the host nation's medal tally at the event to five.

On Wednesday, Poland's Eduard Grigoriew grabbed the bronze in the men’s 61 kg freestyle.

A day earlier, Krzysztof Bieńkowski claimed the silver in the 65 kg freestyle, while Radosław Baran took the bronze in the 97 kg freestyle.

Niestety Stalvira Orshush okazała się minimalnie lepsza od Roksany Zasiny. Bardzo cieszymy się ze srebrnego medalu...

About 400 wrestlers from 39 countries, both men and women, are competing for medals at the 2021 European Wrestling Championships, which run in the Polish capital from April 19 to 25.
