Świątek routed 29-year-old Czech player Karolína Plíšková 6-0, 6-0 in the final in the Italian capital to claim her first WTA 1000 title and her third career singles title.
The rising Polish tennis star in February won the Adelaide International tournament in Australia, earning her second singles title.
Świątek in October won the French Open, claiming her maiden Grand Slam title and becoming the first Pole to lift a Grand Slam singles trophy.
Meanwhile, Poland's Magda Linette has dropped one spot to No. 47 in the latest rankings released on Monday by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA).
Australia’s Ashleigh Barty remains No. 1 in the world ranking, followed by Japan's Naomi Osaka and Romania’s Simona Halep.
