The shots were administered as the Polish national team holds a training camp ahead of next month's European championships, Jakub Kwiatkowski, a spokesman for the team, told reporters.
Lewandowski, who captains Poland, leads a squad of 26 players who were called up for the upcoming championships by manager Paulo Sousa last week.
"Nineteen players, including our captain, were inoculated today with the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine,” Kwiatkowski said on Tuesday.
He added that several other players had “acquired immunity” after battling the coronavirus.
The Polish team this week started a 16-day training camp that runs until June 8 on home soil in the western town of Opalenica.
Poland kick off their Euro 2020 group-stage campaign with a fixture against Slovakia on June 14.
The Poles will next take on Spain on June 19 and then play Sweden four days later.
Ahead of the European tournament, Poland will play two friendlies on home turf at the start of next month, taking on Russia on June 1 and then Iceland on June 8.
