The two golds came from table tennis player Patryk Chojnowski and discus thrower Piotr Kosewicz.
Chojnowski beat France's Mateo Boheas 3-0 in the final of their men's singles Class 10 event.
Meanwhile, Kosewicz won the men's F52 discus throw competition, with a best effort of 20.02 metres.
Poland has so far won 11 medals at the Tokyo Paralympics, three gold, two silver and six bronze.
Polish disabled athletes are competing in 12 sports in Japan, including para-athletics, table tennis, swimming, weightlifting and kayaking.
Poland won 39 medals and finished 10th in the overall medal standings at the 2016 Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Polish Radio is a media partner of the Polish team for the Tokyo Paralympics, which run until September 5.
