The 25-year-old on Wednesday finished behind the Netherlands' Jeffrey Hoogland and Sam Ligtlee. With a time of 59.890, the Pole was 1.874 seconds slower than the gold medalist.
Rajkowski’s average speed in the race was 60.110 km/h.
His third-place finish marked the third bronze medal for Poland at the European Cycling Union Elite Track European Championships in Switzerland.
The other two were secured a day earlier by Daria Pikulik in the women's scratch race and the men's sprint team, which also included Rajkowski.
