The seventh-seeded Pole overpowered the fourth-seeded 26-year-old Estonian player 6-2, 6-0 in the final.
The 20-year-old Polish player went into the tournament ranked world No. 8 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), but is set to return to a career-high No. 4 when the rankings are updated on Monday.
The Polish tennis player in May last year won the women's singles at the Italian Open clay-court tournament in Rome. Last February, she won the Adelaide International tournament in Australia.
Świątek in October 2020 won the French Open, claiming her maiden Grand Slam title and becoming the first Pole to lift a Grand Slam singles trophy.
