The fifth-seeded Pole saw off the 26-year-old Russian 6-1, 6-4 in the championship match on Sunday to win his first title on grass.
"I’m super excited, I’ve been waiting a little bit for my first [title] this year," Hurkacz said after the match.
"I’m happy to win my first ATP 500 title and of course, on the grass it is very special," he added.
The 25-year-old Polish player is set to move up to world No. 10 in the Association of Tennis Professionals’ (ATP) singles rankings.
Hurkacz in August 2019 won his first ATP singles career title in the Winston-Salem tournament in the US state of North Carolina.
In January last year, he claimed his second singles title at the Delray Beach Open in the United States, and followed up with victories at the Miami Open in April 2021 and the Moselle Open tournament in the French city of Metz in September 2021.
