The 22-year-old on Thursday finished ahead of American Magnus Sheffield and Britain's Ethan Hayter in the race's 11.8 km time trial between the town of Nowy Targ and the Wierch Rusiński peak at the foot of Poland's southern Tatra Mountains.
Meanwhile, Hayter, who rides for the Ineos Grenadiers cycling team, claimed the race leader’s yellow jersey and secured an 11-second advantage over Arensman in the overall standings heading into the final stage of the 2022 Tour de Pologne.

The fastest Pole, Jakub Kaczmarek, finished 34th at Wierch Rusiński near the mountain resort of Bukowina Tatrzańska on Thursday, one minute and 21 seconds behind the winner.
The last leg of the 79th Tour de Pologne will see cyclists cover a 177.8 km route starting in the southern town of Skawina and ending in the historic city of Kraków on Friday.
