A two-time world champion and current world record holder, Mirosław beat fellow Pole Aleksandra Kałucka in the final of the championships in Munich, Germany, Polish state news agency PAP reported.
Mirosław finished in 6.922 seconds, while Aleksandra Kałucka clocked 7.085.
Meanwhile, Kałucka’s twin sister Natalia, last year’s world champion, won the bronze-medal play-off against countrywoman Patrycja Chudziak.
"I was preparing for this for the whole year," Mirosław said. "I was always expecting that my championship competition would be the best one."
Poland's Dzieński takes silver in men's speed climbing
Shortly after the Polish women's podium sweep, Poland's Marcin Dzieński won silver in the men’s speed climbing competition, the PAP news agency reported.
Although the Pole lost the final to Ukraine’s Danyil Boldyrev, after slipping early on in the race, he claimed his fourth European championship medal, having also won the 2016 world championship title.
In the third-place play-off, France’s Guillaume Moro beat Erik Noya Cardona of Spain.
